Continuation of this thread on the old forum.

I took a picture of the inside of my new computer recently, and decided to crop part of it (my graphics card) and use it as a background. I'm happy with how it turned out.

Image

Link to the background itself (fits a 1920x1080 primary screen and 1440x900 secondary).

That looks really cool. :)

I also use a folder of some of my photography for backgrounds, and just have it cycle every half hour.  Here's what it is right now:

Hey now, Space Engine 0.9.8.1 spoilers allowed, ZackG! ;) :P

Just kidding of course, lol. :P

Anyways, here's mine. An old, Gimp-edited screenshot of Celestia; I tried to make it more movie like. My desktop is on a 24 hour rotation. :)

Wow! My desktop's just a tiny picture of a cow. Maybe I ought to devote more time to this.

At work I have three 4K screens (28") and one 1080p screen attached, giving me a 13440*2160 resolution for the desktop.  I've tried to run Spaceengine in that resolution, but it crashes so quickly. :(
