midtskogen, technically that is already possible if you modified a VR headset and used a phone for the computer side of things.
You could probably take a pair of glasses and lay a screen into them and run the line to a phone, mount a camera or two on the bridge above the nose, and then stream data to the screen or screens in the glasses. Would be pretty janky, but it is definitely possible.
