I'm not sure, it could be.  But DOA is a bit of concern.

Troubleshooting and bug reports - SpaceEngine 0.990

Yeah it does go up in altitude slowly, I don't think it flies off though. I found the horizon key only levels off if the incline becomes too much despite holding the key down and then it repeats like that, it doesn't hold a constant level. It ends up making the level bob every few sec. Over time tha...

Similar at the top end but from what I have been told Asus's bios isn't as good as it used to be, MSI are better at this stage.  Also they seem to have a lot of failures from all the reviews I read on new egg and amazon.  The top end x470 hero board was only 3 stars out of 5 becasue a lot of people ...

pretty sure its the home key or maybe the end key, one of the 2. That will keep the horizon and in turn should allow you to keep the altitude constant if you are at a fixed cruising speed.

Just purchased a MSI x470 gaming M7 AC board from ebay USA, it was literally the only place I could find these boards, none on amazon or new egg and definitely none in Australia. They are said to be new but open box items so sold at a discounted price, hope it's alright, still I got them as cheap as...

AMD do recommend an AIO liquid cooler but the fact is it uses slightly less power and runs almost 10c less than the 12 core 3900x which comes with an air cooler means you can get away easily with just a decent air cooler on the 3950X. hardware unboxed also found that it can run fine on even a decent...

Stock they peak around 130w iirc, and about 70c peak with 280mm AIO.    But stock they self "over clock" so to speak. The cooler you can run them the faster the boost and that's automatic. You should check some reviews, I recommend gamers nexus or hardware unboxed.  Both of them look at te...

I highly double it would. Have you seen the 3950X reviews? Wow that is one impressive CPU. It's a stock to learn it actually uses less power than the 12 core by a few watts even with more cores and very similar clocks, in fact boost is slightly higher on the 16 core part.  Some good quality silicon ...

volumetric clouds with shadows would be an awesome thing to add.  As the couple posts up mentions, water improvements are something thats needed.

When it comes to the raymarched nebula, are they primarily calculated by the CPU or GPU? I am trying to work out a bottleneck. When moving near them my fps drops to about 3-7 fps at 1440p but once I actually stop traveling, the fps when panning the nebula in view is fine, up around 100 fps, its only...

btw the rest of our photos are here. https://deepnighttech.com.au/image/Grampians/ All the raw and jpeg. I only really processed the Orion ones but there is others of the Milkyway and Magellanic clouds. You get a sense of how dark it was given the shadows of the clouds and trees just look black. Wo...
