General suggestions for SpaceEngine

I have a suggestion:
In the star browser give us the option to choose which planets we don't want to show up but still have more than 1 option on what planets we do want to find. Also maybe an option to choose what gasses we want in the atmosphere, and which ones we don't want that much of.

Planets with potentially breathable atmospheres

Planets that are Oceanias aren't very good for theoretical colonisation, though if the atmosphere has the right mix and the atmospheric pressure is 0.1 - 2.5 atm, living at the ice caps is not a bad idea. Earlier today I found this water world: RS 8474-3161-7-826197-655 4.

Planets with potentially breathable atmospheres

Foud a Terra with not too bad O 2 levels, okay CO 2  levels (probably best to go to higher altitudes) but still toxic SO 2  levels. The planet's Mass, Diameter and thus gravity is similar to Earth's, there is unicellular life in the oceans, and a total ESI of 0.949. The planet's name is: "RS 84...

Planets with potentially breathable atmospheres

The CO2levels are also quite toxic.

True, but going to a higher altitude will bring the CO2 level down enough to be uncomfortable, but survivable.
However even going to a higher altitude won't bring the SO2 levels down enough for survival.

Planets with potentially breathable atmospheres

This planet's (RS 8474-1359-6-196333-67 B3) atmosphere is slightly toxic due to the high levels of SO2 (1640 ppm, or 0.00076 atm) though that would rain down in the colder areas of the planet. But the rest of the atmosphere is not too bad;

Planets with potentially breathable atmospheres

This planet RS 8474-1359-8-12366715-338 5  has a breathable atmosphere at the right altitude, the air is very thin but survival is possible. Image

What about moderators and se team members? Probably the same deal.  It's apparently not, to become a moderator you need to "prove yourself" as one, but for the lather, yeah. :) You would need to prove yourself without a doubt, but you would probably only apply when the community is in nee...

Occasionally Space Engineer puts out a thread asking for more beta testers, but I think the roster is pretty full now.

Do Carbonia, Ferria and Aquaria planets look any different from Terra planets?

I think those can be a sub-class of Terra or Super Terra etc. Terra is basically just a rocky planet like Venus Earth and Mars.

General 0.9.9.0 Discussion

Are the new nebulae going to be in 0.9.9.0? I thought I remember Space Engineer saying it may not be added to 0.9.9.0 because it needed more work or something. I am not sure what the current plans are for 0.9.9.0, and if it will mostly just be new terrain (which looks AMAZING, btw). From what I hav...

General 0.9.9.0 Discussion

I know that there had been a small group of testers who got to test out Space Engine on STEAM. I'm not one of them to my great disappointment. Any plans for 0.9.9.0 to see a larger release and perhaps some sort of STEAM Early Access or will it still be closed on STEAM? Not everyone gets Beta/Early ...
