Work progress - 0.9.8.1

Those new nebula look gorgeous. I just can't stop looking at them! Analyzing every cloud and it's color.
And the water rework? I busted a nut hearing that. Honestly, even if it is just a new shader, I am happy. And the cloud tech also seems promising.

Qr Bbpost I didn't said that INFO TEXT will be invisible until you hover mouse over it. I said this about the WINDOW BORDERS and BUTTONS on it.

10718 Idea about new info table (photoshop mokeup): Info table becomes a window, which is fully transparent (invisible) in normal mode, showing only text, but appears when user hover mouse cursor over it. It could have an expand/collapse buttons, to show more/less detailed description of a selected...

General suggestions for SpaceEngine

9232 SE does not support dynamic changes of the terrain. So those things are simply impossible to implement. Maybe one day in future... And modelling of weather is too complex thing even with supercomputers. In SE it could be only faked somehow. Anyway, this is a task for a far future. yes, I know ...

Stellar density doesn't change in IC 1101

5485 Xoran is right. SE has a limit of number of stars per octree quad, and limit of an octree recursion depth. All this leads to limited star density in a very large galaxies.  Adding more precision to the calculation, or implementing some a k-d tree mechanism wouldn't fix that issue? Or just fixi...

Different reflections on water.  So, Proland gives a very clear example of this, if you check Earth water reflections on the ocean, they have different brightness values due to ocean currents and such, also visible on images of Himawari-8, where you can see the messed up reflections in the ocean. ...

8604 This is an international community and a lot of members did not have English as their first language.  There is a polite/constructive way to point out or correct grammar and spelling, and a rude/nonconstructive way.  Mosfet's post demonstrates the former.  You just demonstrated the latter.   Y...

I tried earlier, but it didn't work out, so I assumed it was a bug to me, but now, it worked.
