Spellcheck of the SE website

Ok got the planet one done...phew that was a big one. The rest might come a bit more slowly as I am going to be quite busy for the next couple of weeks.

Check the post below for a slightly updated version

Yeah. You need depth for it to be cool, otherwise it's just headtracking, and no better than early 90s VR (with better graphics, I'll admit). Without depth, everything feels huge and far away. Including the track, the cart, everything.

SpaceEngine F.A.Q.

Are the atmosphere colours calculated based on the composition and other factors, or is it random?

EDIT: I found the answer from the manual. No they are not, they are calculated from other factors though, like pressure.

I think a lot of people don't hate USA or Donald Trump, and most people who hate Donald Trump (outside US of course), hate USA, always have.

Vladimir, for the camera path mechanic you've made, how about creating a "render" mode, that lets you turn the graphics to something higher than your computer can handle, then letting the path tool create a video of the path one frame at a time, letting everything render (including LOD) be...

They are.  You can have any unrealistic orbit you want, like I have done in my Star Trek systems addon

You mean are "not". You've answered our question - they are not using physics.

Not trying to be pedantic, as far as I can tell it won't work. Maybe I'm being dumb. If you change the inclination away from the equator in a geosynchronous orbit, how does the satellite remain at a fixed position above the surface? http://i.imgur.com/4JaTdnk.png Unless the orbits in space engine ar...

The Great Attractor

Has anyone made a mod that deals with all the galaxies in the region of The Great Attractor? I can see it's not in Space Engine simply because I can't find a single galaxy from the Norma Cluster, which is situated right around The Great Attractor.  I might consider making a mod myself, if nobody has...

Just keeping my word, plus it's really fascinating. Here's the next one. Please note that I changed "visual magnitude" to just "apparent magnitude" all the way through to be consistent and to use the most common phrase. Also note that line 81 seems to be incorrect (or I am just n...

Stellar density doesn't change in IC 1101

Ok fine. Is that a permanent limit or do you intend to change it? Is there any way to get around it? Does IC 1101 really have 150 trillion stars?
