For ship orbital parameters, I've seen yellow text for periapsis (get out the asbestos underwear, there may be some friction) and red text (you'll be picking grass and dirt out of your teeth), but I've never seen purple text before. What does that mean?

Use solid black for the actual texture, and paint the textures you want on the emission (lights) bitmap.

Aged 2.177 million years old, projected age 2.2 million years (and that seems to be a hard-coded minimum lifespan in SE?). So she go boom in only 23,000 years.
