Going by that logic, the Earth's Night Map should have never been replaced because 15 year old data is supposedly more superior than more recent data simply because planet features supposedly never ever ever change. 1366*768 for me by default (native laptop resolution), but I do give Space Engine larger window sizes, and while the off screen stuff is permanently offscreen, both reshade and SE's native screenshotting will still render the offscreen bits just fine :)
