Also this planet is quite hot, not sure how we would adapt to such temperatures. I have also found kind of breathable atmospheres but there is always one little thing that's isn't right, making the planet suitable for humans but not quite as Earth, which I guess is what we are looking for.

Does this level of H20 keeps the atmosphere breathable? What about CO2? Isn't it quite high? I haven't followed everything said in this topic about this subject but I am a little skeptical about being able to breathe on this planet. Could be wrong though, I don't have enough knowledge to tell.

Could be a driver hardware issue. I know nvidia cards with AMD CPUs causes these sorts of issues for CPU performance. Or it can be AMD cards not liking the intel CPU, chipset drivers, OS scheduler etc.. I doubt it's win 7, there is far more issues reported with win 10 actually, especially with AMD ...

AMD has glitchy software. I am stick on 2017 driver, because new drivers causing stuttering of the whole system every few seconds. They are implemented but there is just no assist so they are really difficult to do unless you're able to do the maths.
