I remember seeing an oceania with less than 1 atmospheric pressure, and a temperature over 100 degrees Celcius.
I saw it a very long time ago, so I don't remember the name, the temperature, the atmospheric pressure, or even if i actually saw it or if my memory is being weird.

As far as i know, most asteroids are in star systems, and even if 100% of asteroids was in interstellar space i don't think they would be a big concern simply because space is much much much larger than humans can comprehend.
