Troubleshooting and bug reports - SpaceEngine 0.9.8.0

I have recently updated my driver and tried the method that was posted on the last page. Now space engine won't work for me, I click the space engine icon and it won't open up after the loading screen pops up.

Science and Astronomy Questions

What is the habitability of this world around a gas giant? Sun-like star like ours, the gas giant is in the habitable zone. It has 4% more gravity than our Earth's, 1% less oxygen in it's atmosphere. It is a captured moon of this gas giant and orbits in a highly inclined, retrograde orbit. It would ...

Troubleshooting and bug reports - SpaceEngine 0.9.8.0

Still haven't been able to get my space engine to work. I wasn't able to find the right driver for it. How would I download it? I found it and it wasn't able to be installed.

The moon last night with some photo editing. No matter how hard I tried to install the newest driver that would work it didn't work. It was not compatible I suppose. Any ideas there?

My SpaceEngine is not working. I recently just got a new computer, could it have something to do with that?

Troubleshooting and bug reports - SpaceEngine 0.9.8.0

hmmm that's weird.  I was trying to run both 0980 and 0990 at the same time and my second screen went out (but the power button stayed on....strange.)  But both versions work fine individually even with the latest drivers on my end.  Did you try installing an earlier driver? How do I install an ear...

According to JD it doesn't work with newer drivers.  You have to use an older driver, version 436.02 or earlier. Well, it worked before and now it suddenly doesn't.  hmmm that's weird.  I was trying to run both 0980 and 0990 at the same time and my second screen went out (but the power button staye...

Troubleshooting and bug reports - SpaceEngine 0.9.8.0

S.E 0.980 is not working for me at all for some reason. Don't know why. 33512 It's orbit is unrealistically long. This is a bug in SE 0.980. If an object orbits around a barycenter and only the ' SemiMajorAxis ' is specified, SpaceEngine incorrectly calculates the orbital period. Add the line         Period          2.695 under ' Orbit '. Yeah well that means I'll have...

33486 So any takers for my request for that system? I've made scripts for the suns, but not yet for the planets. Except for one: Lederonia and its moons. (I probably won't be able to make the other planets at this time.) CantrasBC.sc(Put this in 'addons\catalogs\stars'.) CantrasWorlds0980.sc(Put th...

I also hope this pandemic encourages us humans on this planet to be more concerned about the environment and to pursue better sources of energy, and to find more sustainable living styles.

Is this system here as it should be? If it is, I will make a planet mod for it.

Thats impressive for a phone camera, you should considering getting one of those inexpensive phone holders that will steady your images.

I had one at some point, though I think I lost it. But your right, I should get one.
