Concerning the Solar System dynamics: I tried to create a geocentric system. Unfortunately, there are no epicycle. But already the Galilean moons. viewtopic.php?f=3&t=71&p=21657#p21657

It is a very nice system! But in SE 0.980_e it generates an error message. scr00018.jpg Your asteroids moon ' Kuma ' has problems with a binary star system, also called ' Kuma '. I suspect it is a bug in SE 0.980_e. In SE 0.980 this error does not appear. (And also not in SE 0.990.) But if you give...

Qr Bbpost But for a mass, no circular orbits are allowed within 3 times the horizon radius.

Too bad. This of course means that even the L1 point can not be within the Schwarzschild radius.

Some new Jupiter moons. Astronomers discover 12 new moons orbiting Jupiter - one on collision course with the others Here's a script with the 10 new Jupiter moons. (Two are a slightly older and already in the SpaceEngine catalog.) NewJupiterMoons.sc I left the data I made the script with as comment...

21636 I keep getting this annoying issue. The UI buttons don't appear and they are replaced by black rectangles. You can open the ' main-USER.cfg ' in an editor and enter the name of your favorite skin in the section ' Interface ' under the parameter ' Skin '. // Interface settings Interface {     ...

I think there can not be any Lagrange points within the Schwarzschild radius. To have Lagrange points within the Schwarzschild radius, a mass within the radius would have to orbit the 'singularity'. Perhaps, if a mass orbits the black hole very close to the radius, could the L1 point possibly be wit...

I think for my purposes, the orbits of L4 and L5 are close enough to Earth's orbit. I just wanted to know if I had to take the same distance from the sun for L3 as for L4 and L5, or the same distance as for L1. (Is for my addons.) Thank you!

Where is the Lagrange point L3 ? In an orbit with the L1 point: https://i.imgur.com/qonY0ST.jpg or in an orbit with Earth and the L4 and L5 points? https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/e/ee/Lagrange_points2.svg/1024px-Lagrange_points2.svg.png

You must not rename your .sc files to .pak. The suffix .pak is only for archives. These archives are actually .zip archives, where only the extension has been changed.

In addition, the term 'Quat' does not belong in these scripts. 'Quat' is only for galaxies and nebulae.

Do you have the name or the RS number?
