Qr Bbpost Or in general, how do I change the angle of view?  The default is 45 degrees I believe.

You can also use the console. (Open it with the tilde '~')
For example, type 'fov 30'

COMMUNITY ADDON - Catalog Fixes for SE

7833 I thought it meant that in German translation it was only "Borrelly / 19P (Borrelly)". The fact is, the entry does not work at all because it is faulty. Change the entry to this: RObject {     LocName "Borrelly"     Name    "19P (Borrelly)"     Parent  "Sol&q...

Qr Bbpost I did also discover that for some strange reason in the German translation the number was removed from 19P Borrelly even though it was already known as "Borrelly 3" in the English catalog

What do you mean ? I see no difference between German and English.

Qr Bbpost but a new problem is no changes are seen in game.

Honestly, I also cannot see any difference in your two posted pictures, except that they have been taken from different heights. (Surf altitude / Landscape height)
But maybe this is due to my computer.

Qr Bbpost How can I make my idea work for the "eroded" hills?

Can you include the 'else if' or 'else' code section before and after your changed code?

Perhaps the condition should be added to the rules that only commonly available SE versions may be used. The last official version is 0.980 ! :|

7703 is it supposed to look like this? I do not quite understand what you mean. You have to put the .pak file in a folder named ' addons '. This folder is located in the top level of your SpaceEngine installation. If this folder does not exist, you must create it. The name of the file is ' star_sha...

7670 tbh it doesn't look right in SE. Don't know why Sorry, I forgot that I use modified star shaders. Put the .pak file in the ' addons ' folder. star_shaders.pak And delete the ' cache ' folder. (The shaders are only for SE 0.980.) Without the modified shaders it looks like this. scr00031.jpg

You may also need to customize the appearance of the stars (Ctrl F4)

And the screen resolution may also play a role.

A white dwarf or a neutron star.
The system still has a second sun, except the neutron star / white dwarf.
The image is created with a relatively small field of view.

I guess a neutron star. :|
